Hello, My name is Steve Woodruff, this is my boat.
The Boat is in Somerset Ky. resting on stilts about 2 miles from the lake. it will need all new wiring, it has an electic on demand water heater. I have not tested the A/C unit, but it exists. I am told by the former owner the engine runs well....4 years ago was the last time it was started. the bath and bedrooms are fine, the kitchen has been stripped to the walls and needs to be repaired.

we removed the carpet and wooden paneling.
some of the joists are bad, perhaps 3 of them
below the wheel, there is a crawl space access.
it is not less than 12 feet wide..I remember measuring it.
The steering wheel moves the motor. the electric control lines were taken by copper thiefs
. it has three very large tanks under the kitchen floor, they look to be 250 gallon each
there is a water pressure pump like in a motor home. the shore power fusebox is 120, and needs new wiring.
the most rear bedroom has a queen bed and is private the middle room holds two bunk beds. up two steps into the kitchen/ living room.
I dont know how large the deck is, but the roof also is deck space except over the exteme front. ( that area is off limits as indicated by a railing on top)
this room needs to be remodeled, the back bedrooms are okay.
